Dear Minister of Corrections,
I understand you met with Serco on Monday 14 December 2015.
I request the following information:
1. A copy of any written material you received from any government department or agency on Monday 14 December 2015 relating to the operations of Mt Eden Prison or Auckland South Corrections Facility / Kohuora.
2. A copy of any written correspondence (email, letters, memos, etc.) either to or from yourself or your office, with Serco and/or their representatives on Monday 14 December 2015.
3. A copy of any minutes, personal notes, or file notes taken during your meeting with Serco on Monday 14 December by either you, your office, or officials from any government department present.
