Observations recorded of visiting MPs to prisons

Dear Minister of Corrections,
Regarding MPs visiting prisons under Section 161 of the Corrections Act. Sub Section (2) mandates the following requirement:
"The prison manager must ensure that any observations of a member of Parliament are recorded and that a permanent record of those observations is kept at the prison."
Could the Minister advise, for the previous nine months, the numbers of MPs who have visited prisons under Section 161.
For those visits where a copy of the observations( in what ever form) has been made and then forwarded ( by email, letter , fax or voice recording) to the Minister, ( or Office of the minster, or accessed by any person working in the ministers office) could the name of the MP ( or MPs if they were together) and the prison visited and the date be supplied.
Could the number of instances be provided when a copy etc.. of the observations HASNT been forwarded or accessed by the minister or anyone working in the office of the minister, for MPs visits under Sect 161 for the last 9 months.

Dear Info@Corrections,
I have studied your reply to my OIA request. You have not answered my questions.
The number of MPs visiting under section 161 hasnt been supplied.
Regarding the observations that are required to be kept by the prison manager of the Mps visiting under S161, and supplied by the prison to the Minister or their office,this question has not been answered.
You have answered a question I did not ask, information supplied by Mps themselves.
Could you please correct the error you have made and supply the information as requested in my original request.
