The workshop was confidential for commercial sensitivity.  The workshop
information is still commercially sensitive and your request is declined
pursuant to section 7(2)(b)(ii) of LGOIMA would be likely unreasonably to
prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the
subject of the information.

 

(b) Coastal Plan

The workshop was held in non-public to prevent material loss.  The
workshop information is still confidential and therefore you request for

This was held in non-public due to commercial sensitivity.  This

This workshop was held in non-public as the information would be made
public during the 10 year plan consultation. Therefore your request is

This workshop was in non-public to allow the Council to carry on without
prejudice or disadvantage negotiations.   An update on the issue is being

I am doing research on local government governance and considering the
headlines surrounding Clr Ong I am becoming interested on both the content
and why exactly these workshops are closed to the public.

The matters also pertain to local government procurement and costings
research & analysis.
