Please provide all staff reports, attachments, and agenda papers relating
to the Rating Policy review for the Long-term Plan 2018–2028 and Annual
Budget 2018/2019, including the Governing Body meeting of 7 December 2017
and the Finance & Performance Committee meeting of 13 February 2018.

[Please also advise your IT team that they have initiated an automatic
server-side redirect to the new resolve.red portal prematurely as it does
not allow access to all the files and attachments that were available on
the old infocouncil website and the new dropdown list of Committees does
not yet include all the previous legacy committees. This request would not
be necessary if those files were still publicly accessible.]

All of the agendas and minutes are located on the Auckland Council
website.

I found Governing Body for Monday 11^th December’s agend, here is the

On the side it breaks up the agenda, attachments and minutes as per my
screenshot. If you click on packet it will provide all attachments.

I checked with a staff member in the team that runs the committee meetings
to see if there was anything further.

 

There was a Governing Body relating to the 10-Year Budget 2018-2028 on 11
December 2017 which adopted the 2018-2028 Mayoral Proposal on items for
public consultation.  The documents can be found here:

I have also attached the pack, the 10 year budget item starts from page 9.

 

There wasn't a meeting for Finance and Performance Committee on 13
February 2018 which is why it can't be found.

 

I did find the following Finance and Performance Committee :

27^th February -

She double checked our internal drive copies to make sure she hadn't

Your response is incomplete.

I repeat my comments and request.

The current resolve portal does not yet have all the committees since AC
was formed listed in its drop down menu. These were available in the old
infocouncil site which now cannot be publicly accessed.

And while the minutes and Agendas of meetings its does show are shown it
does not have all the attachments that were shown on the old infocouncil
site.

I repeat my request for a copy of all staff reports, attachments, and
agenda papers relating
to the Rating Policy review for the Long-term Plan 2018–2028 and Annual
Budget 2018/2019, including the Governing Body meeting of 7 December 2017
and the Finance & Performance Committee meeting of 13 February 2018.
