I would like to make a request for copies of the terms of reference and membership lists for the following NZDF committees:

1) NZDF Executive Committee
2) NZDF Advisory Board
3) NZDF Organisation Governance Committee
4) NZDF Outputs Committee

I would also like to request the organisational chart, to tier two level, including job title and name of current occupier of the role, for the following:

1) HQNZDF
2) HQJFNZ
3) New Zealand Army
4) Royal New Zealand Navy
5) Royal New Zealand Air Force
