In addition please provide the current set of KPIs (or benchmarks) that the bus providers are set to achieve.

I found the bus provider contracts so apologies please disregards the request.

However please provide assistance on:

If the current KPI / Benchmark document was separate from contracts then please provide those.

If all the current KPIs however are covered in the contracts then please withdraw this reques.
