Dear Judith Collins,
I am making an Official Information Act request for some information that I believe you hold in your capacity as Minister Responsible for the GCSB.
In response to a Written Question submitted by Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan (WQ 6999 2026), it was mentioned that the Minister Responsible for the GCSB had received a paper titled "MediMap cyber incident" on February 26th, 2026.
I would like to request a copy of this paper.

We have transferred your request to the Government Communications Security
Bureau (GCSB). This transfer is necessary as your request is believed to
be more closely connected with the functions of the GCSB. In these
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the OIA to transfer your
request.
