Hi there,
Regarding the sale of the Odeon and Manchester St land parcels. Can you please answer the following questions:
1. How much each site has sold for?
2. Who have these sites been sold to?
3. What does Ecan plan to do with the money from this sale?
4. Have there have been any ecan or CCC consents associated with either of these properties between the Canterbury Earthquakes and now? If yes, can you please provide me with a list of the ecan consents? And I will go to CCC for theirs, if there have been any.
