Dear Ministry of Social Development,

Please provide the details of:

- any contracts between MSD, or any associated organisations, with entities associated with, or trading as, the Rangiora Lodge Motel;

- documents related to the Court Order under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009 (reference CIV-2024-406-103) or preceding Court actions involving MSD and entities associated with or associated with, or trading as, the Rangiora Lodge Motel.

Only documents after December 2023 are part of this request.

The intent of this request to to identify the entities are trading as the Rangiora Lodge Motel.

Please contact me if this request requires clarification. If the intent of request can be fulfilled through providing a smaller number of documents than all those covered by the overall request I am happy with that.
