On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I

“I am interested in learning how motel owners who changed the use of their
buildings from 'accommodation' to 'residential' were able to delay
Determination 2023/017 so long.

 

I am requesting a list of emails held by MBIE in regards the request for
determination, inclusive of:

* Email recipient

* Email sender

* Subject line

* Date sent

 

I have no objections to the redaction of the names of persons involved
where this is necessary to protect the privacy of living persons, as long
as a substitution is made that preserves the relevant information involved
(i.e. substituting 'MSD staff' for a Ministry of Social Development
employee, or 'MED ministerial staff' for a staff member of the Minister
for Economic Development's ministerial staff).”
