Paul S made this Official Information request to Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Paul S to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Paul S

Kia Ora,

Under the Official Information Act, I request the following information held within the Clean Car Standard (CCS) Registry and associated databases regarding the manufacturer 'Tesla':

1. A list of all new vehicle variants, sub-model descriptions, and their associated Industry Model Codes added to the CCS system by Tesla New Zealand (or their representatives) since October 1st, 2025.

For any new Model 3 variants identified in point 1, I request the recorded Reference Mass (kg) and CO2 Emission (g/km) values as stored in the CCS database.

2. Any correspondence or technical data sheets submitted to EECA by Tesla for the purpose of "Model Coding" new variants that have not yet been made "Active" for public registration.

I am not seeking commercially sensitive pricing or sales volume forecasts. If any part of this request is refused, please provide the remaining data and specify the grounds for any redactions.

Thanks,
Paul S
