Marton Water Treatment Plant - The Annual Report for 2013/14 listed as a major achievement for the year the completion of the Marton Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.

Please provide a tabulated list of all the key components included in the upgrade and associated cost. In addition, was an assessment carried out to understand why the treatment process has failed before commissioning the procurement of a new plant.
