Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request copies of the following
information held by NZTA:

 

1. Any criteria, checklists, templates, forms, or process documents used
by NZTA to assess, approve, or record the suitability of locations for
mobile speed camera vehicle deployment.

 

2. Any contractual provisions, guidance, or instructions that relate to
compliance requirements when positioning or parking mobile speed camera
vehicles that have been provided by NZTA to its contracted mobile speed
camera operator.

 

If any information is withheld, please include the relevant section of the
Act and the grounds in support of that refusal reason, in accordance with
section 19(a)(ii) of the Act.
