Dear Wellington City Council,
I heard that something like 10% of rate payers are currently in arrears across the city.
Can you please provide me information on the rates arrears as at 31 December 2025 please..
I would like to know for each of the periods below:
1 The total number of residential ratepayers
2 The number of residential ratepayers in arrears
3 The dollar value of the arrears of residential ratepayers
4 The dollar weighted average months in residential ratepayer arrears
