Please advise the following:

1. What visits have you made to fire stations in your electorate in the past 12 months?

2. Are you aware of, received info or investigated the number of occasions on when FENZ stations within your electorate have been closed or short crewed within the past 12 months?

3. Are you aware of, received info or investigated the number of times fire appliances have broken down within your electorate in the past 12 months?

4. What support have you given to firefighters in your electorate regarding life threatening occupational cancers and ensuring they have support of their employer?

5. Have you received any concerns within the past 12 months about FENZ delivery in your electorate in the past 12 months? if so, how many received and how many have you replied to or taken action on
