You are clearly obscuring information by saying it happened in your capacity as an electorate MP rather than as Minister. This was a health sector strike you were responding to. You should revisit this response urgently or a complaint will be made to the Ombudsman.

Dear Reef

It is extremely inappropriate to hide information by claiming it was sent/received as an electorate MP rather than as Minister. This was a health sector strike and the messaging relates very clearly to the Health portfolio. You need to revisit this decision urgently or a complaint will be made to the Ombudsman.

Consider this a formal complaint and a request for a new decision on this. Failure to resolve this (within a week) will result in a complaint to the Ombudsman.

Yours sincerely

David
