Andrew Riddell made this Official Information request to Simeon Brown

Currently waiting for a response from Simeon Brown, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).

From: Andrew Riddell

Dear Simeon Brown,

Your March (?) 2025 letter to Lester Levy setting out your expectations for Te Whatu Ora in the delivery of specified priorities and actions over the remainder of this Parliamentary term was publicly released yesterday.

I am interested in the reasoning and evidence base behind the thirteen "more specific expectations" you stipulate in the letter.

Please provide copies of all advice received and assessments undertaken that led to the specific expectations listed in your letter.

Further, under item 6, long term contracting, you request a report on operating principles for long-term contracting of health services from private providers. The request is that you receive this report in April. I request a copy of that report.

Ngā mihi,

Andrew Riddell
