Total number of complaints rejected or refused each year, for the last five years.
The average time for a OIA to be responded to, for each year, for the last five years.
The number, or percentage, or other clear metric of OIA requests that exceeded the 20 working day allowance per year, for the last five years.

Average response times are included since 2022. While they don't track the number which take longer than 20 working days, they do track the number which are unlawfully late, and (since 2022) the percentage which are extended.
