Please provide information regarding telecommunications infrastructure used for train control, signaling and communications in the Wellington region:

- General network topology (fiber/microwave/radio)
- Sites where telecommunications equipment is installed
- Any dark fiber capacity planned for commercial use
- Current providers of connectivity services
