Dear Porirua City Council,

I am writing to make an Official Information Act 1982 request regarding
the total cost of gender-neutral facilities at Porirua City Council.

Please provide the following information:

The total cost to Porirua City Council of implementing gender-neutral
facilities across council-owned or managed buildings.

A breakdown of these costs, including (where applicable):

Design and planning

Construction or refurbishment

Signage and fit-out

Consultation or engagement processes

External consultants or contractor fees

The locations of the facilities where these costs were incurred.

The timeframe over which the costs were incurred.

Any approved budgets compared with final expenditure.

I am happy to receive this information in electronic format.

If any part of this request is refused or withheld, please specify the
relevant grounds under the Official Information Act. If the information is
held in part or in another form, I am happy to receive what is available.
