May I ask how you called for public nomination and on what platform you
have call for public nominations e.g. govt.jobs website. A copy of your ad
as well. Also, how many applications you have received for each of the
role (director and Chair) from the public and how many you have received
from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women etc for
your role. How many you have shortlisted (director and Chair) and how many
you have interviewed (director and Chair) . Also, can I request to view
the appointment letter if there is one sent to the appointee. I am happy
for you to remove all the personal information.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 29/01/2026, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. Please note that the days
from 25 December 2025 to 15 January 2026 (inclusive) are defined as
