I noted, you have recently call for nomination for the following:

New Zealand Registered Architects Board
Earth Sciences Institute New Zealand
Bioeconomy Science Institute

May I ask how you called for public nomination and on what platform you
have call for public nominations for the each above, e.g. govt.jobs
website. A copy of your ad as well. Also, how many applications you have
received for each of the role from the public and how many you have
received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women
etc for your role. How many you have shortlisted and how many you have
interviewed. Also, can you please let me know how many vacancy per each
entity you had.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 25/09/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries
