May I ask how you called for public nomination and on what platform you have call for public
nominations e.g. govt.jobs website. A copy of your ad as wel . Also, how many applications you
have received for each of the role (director and Chair) from the public and how many you have
received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women etc for your role.
How many you have shortlisted (director and Chair) and how many you have interviewed
(director and Chair). Also, can I request to view the appointment letter if there is one sent to the
appointee.

Copies of the ads-positions descriptions are enclosed with this response.
Also, how many applications you have received for each of the role (director and Chair) from the
public and how many you have received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of
women etc for your role.
We have received 6 applications for the Chair role and 60 applications for the Director role.
As of 11 December 2025, we have been advised of two nominations from the Ministry for Ethnic
Communities that have applied for the director role.
How many you have shortlisted (director and Chair) and how many you have interviewed (director
and Chair).
We are yet to undertake shortlisting for the two roles. We have not interviewed yet.
Also, can I request to view the appointment letter if there is one sent to the appointee.
No appointments have been made for these roles, so there are no appointment letters at this stage.
