Dear Ministry of Health,
I have made similar request last year- H2024049482 Response letter
May I ask you to provide an update figures/names per below:
As of 10 December 2025, what does the updated membership of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal look like? Please provide the names and the expiry dates of their respective terms.
Also, please provide an updated list of Tribunal Member Rates as of today. The previous one you provide to me was "As at 1 July 2024".
Further I noted "GST – hourly rate is excl of GST. If claimant is a company, claim hourly rate plus GST" How many Tribunal members, including the Chair and Deputy Chairs, are GST-registered? In particular, I would like to know whether the Chair and any of the Deputy Chairs are GST-registered.
