than usual. This is because the days commencing 20 December and ending 10
January are not counted as working days. This is explained in section 2(1)
of LGOIMA and at the Ombudsman's website

current resource consent conditions, and any associated architectural and
urban design assessments for 20 Shortland Street (Lot 1 DP 138464).
Further, I request correspondence (if any) from the owner (Waihapu
Limited) on future land use and future development of the site.

The property file contains the most up to date and relevant information
about a property. On the file will be any building inspections, code of
compliance certificates, and building and resource consents, as well as
plans, consenting conditions, general correspondence and most other
information submitted to or held by the council concerning the property.

 

The property file will not contain information about complaints concerning
the property such as noise, animal, or nuisance complaints.

 

If, after you have purchased the file, you cannot find a specific document
or if you want us to provide information that is not on the file, you can
request that information from us under the Local Government Official
Information & Meetings Act (LGOIMA), and we will consider your request
under this act.

 

Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to
your request you have the right to seek a review of the decision from the
Ombudsman.
