Dear Tasman District Council,

Please advise the total amount invoiced to your Council by Wellington-based “Agite Consulting Limited” and “Pollock Consulting Limited” in each of the last three financial years ending 30 June 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Please note that on 10 January 2024 “Pollock Consulting Limited” changed its name to “Agite Consulting Limited”. This LGOIMA request covers both company names.

Please advise the total amount invoiced to your Council by
Wellington-based “Agite Consulting Limited” and “Pollock Consulting
Limited” in each of the last three financial years ending 30 June 2023,
2024 and 2025. 

 

Please note that on 10 January 2024 “Pollock Consulting Limited” changed
its name to “Agite Consulting Limited”.  This LGOIMA request covers both
company names.
   
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and, in
any event, no later than 16 January 2026, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received.  Please note that the period from December
24, 2025, to January 12, 2026, inclusive, is excluded from the definition
of 'working days' under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987. During the holiday period, there are three weeks that
are not considered 'working days.' This applies to LGOIMA requests
received on or after 24 November 2025.  
   
Please note that council offices will close at the end of the business day
on Friday, 19 December 2025, and reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.  
     
If we are unable to respond to your request by the statutory deadline, we
will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  For requests that are
likely to involve substantial collation and/or research, there may be a
charge for staff time; however, if this is the case, we will advise you
before we process your request.

No invoices have been issued to Council by Agite Consulting Limited or
Pollock Consulting Limited for the specified period, and no payments have
been made to either organisation. It is noted that neither are currently
set up as a creditor in our system.
