Please advise the total amount invoiced to your Council by
Wellington-based “Agite Consulting Limited” in each of the last three
financial years ending 30 June 2023, 2024 and 2025.

 

3.     This is being treated as an Official Information request, and as
such, Council must meet certain criteria in how and when we respond to
you, set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987. Your request has been provided to the relevant officers and is under
action.

 

4.     You will be advised of Council’s decision as soon as is reasonably
possible, and no later than 20 working days from the date we received your
request, unless we have notified you of an extension to that time frame
before the maximum statutory time limit: 17 December 2025.

Please note that Agite Consulting Limited was previously known as Pollock
Consulting Limited until January 2024.

This LGOIMA request covers both company names.

As Napier City Council has no record of creditors under Agite Consulting
Ltd or Pollock Consulting Ltd, there are no amounts invoiced to Council by
the company under either of the names provided in any of the three
financial years requested.
