I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your information request dated 25
November 2025 in relation to payments made to Agite (or previously named
company as in your follow up email).  Your request will be considered
under the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 13 January 2026, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received (please note this date is calculated on the
Ombudsman website and includes a Christmas closedown period). If we are
unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
