The following text appears in the agenda for the meeting of 20 November
2025:

 

"The Chief Executive approved the submission of the Plan Stop Exemption
Application for "the Proposed Lower Hutt District Plan on 10 October
2025.  This was in line with the "Council decision (Minute No. C 25414(2))
made on 29 September 2025. Elected members "have been kept up to date on
the Plan Stop Exemption process.

 

Please provide a copy of the application together with copies of all
information supplied to elected members.
