Decision on your official information request

 

I refer to your official information request dated 14 November 2025 for
any payments made to Agite Consulting Limited for the last three financial
years.

 

The decision is to decline your request for information under section
17(g) of the Local Government Official Information & Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA) as the information does not exist because we have not made any
payments to Agite Consulting Limited over the last three financial years
and they are not listed as a creditor in our finance system.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
