cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.

Thank you for your response dated 4 November 2025. I am writing to seek
clarification regarding what appears to be an omission from the documents
provided.

 

The official Naenae College Board Minutes record the following:

 

29 May 2025 (Item 9 - Correspondence):

- "ACTION: Daniel encouraged the Board to support a letter Chris will
write to the Ministry of Education opposing the Zoning of Naenae College."

"All agreed"

 

26 June 2025 (Item 3 - Principal's Report):

- "The letter to the MOE regarding the enrolment scheme/zoning was
approved. Chris to remove the last line of the letter and send on the
Board's behalf."

 

This Board-approved letter does not appear in your Appendix A Document
table. Your response includes documents dated 15 May 2025, 21 July 2025,
and 28 July 2025, but no correspondence from Naenae College to the
Ministry during June-July when the Board minutes indicate this letter was
approved and sent.
