Please provide a copy of any documents, and emails from the CEO or their leadership team in relation to 'information leaks'. Please provide any documents, guidelines, or procedures/policies, that relate to dealing with these. Please also provide confirmation of any investigations that have taken place, formally or informally, in relation to this. If there have been any, please provide details.
As none of my previous requests have been granted, I expect full rationale for the reasons, and grounds supporting any refusal. Please also provide a summary of what information has been denied.

I refer to your official information request dated 18 September 2025 for
information leaks.
It appears likely that your original request will need to be clarified or
amended to enable us to respond.
As your request has not specified a timeframe, can you please confirm you
are happy with refining your request to information held within the last
year? (October 2024-October 2025).
In addition to the above refinement, we need clarification on the
following aspects of your request:
* Are you able to confirm the type of information leak you are
interested in? (i.e., information being leaked by staff to media,
private individuals' information being leaked to the public, etc)
?
We look forward to hearing back from you, regarding how to intepret your
request, as well as whether you would be willing to refine your request's
timeframe as specified, or whether there is any other form of refinement
you may be willing to amend your request to. We would appreciate also
hearing from you, should you be unwilling to refine your request, however,
please note, this may result in a refusal of your request, should the
quantity of information be too substantial to collate. Should we recieve
no reply by 2 October 2025, we will proceed with your original request
based on its original merit.
Please note that any clarification or amendment of a request is considered
to be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory
time frame for response—see section 15(1AA) of the OIA.
