Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,

Please provide information in relation to my most recent requests.

Emails about restructure

Minister feedback staff cuts

I would like to know why these have been refused. Can you please provide more details on how these refusals have applied in both cases. I would appreciate you explaining the specifics of each case.

Please provide a timeline of events for these requests.

Please provide information as to why these requests required extensions for an additional month, only to be refused.

Please provide confirmation as to what consultations took place and why these were necessary to delay my requests. I expect these consultations to also be also highlighted in the timeline I've requested.

Please confirm how many oias have been made since the announcement of the 2025 restructure on the topic of the restructure, and can you please provide information as to whether:
- these requests were similarly extended. If so, what reasons, and length of extension
- any information on these requests also been refused, and if so, why?
- any information been released. If so, please provide this to me.
