Dear Wellington City Council,
Hutt City Council has recently considered dog control issues of the Te Ara Tupua Cycling and Walking Path from Ngauranga to Petone. Much of this path is within Wellington City Council's jurisdiction.
Documents from Hutt City Council reference communications with WCC and assessments done by WCC.
We request
- all internal or external reports, assessments, and emails dealing specifically with issues regarding dog control issues on this path, and
- all communications (including emails) between the area(s) of WCC responsible for issues relating to dog control issues and WCCs Sustainable Transport staff.

This information confirms that in the consideration of dog control issues on Te Ara Tupua, there was no consideration given to safety or attractiveness for cyclists on this new cycle facility, and that there was no input from the transport team at WCC.
