Dear requester,

I refer to your request of 11 August 2025. I apologise for the delay in
the University's response. The University's response follows.

"I am requesting the records for the amount of funding allocated from the
University's CSSF to be given to AUSA for the provisioning of Craccum
Magazine for the past decade (2015-2025)"

The University does not hold records for the amount of funding allocated
from the CSSF to Craccum specifically. AUSA has been responsible for
allocating payments to Craccum. The University does, however, provide
information on expenditure from the CCSF in the media category in its
annual reports, as published on the University's website at

and recently we have provided forecasts for funding allocation from the
CSSF to Craccum in consultation documents published annually on the
University's website at

We have been advised by AUSA that the final amounts they allocated to
Craccum for 2022-2024 were as follows:

2022 - $127,309
2023 - $144,713
2024 - $124,575

This response constitutes a partial refusal of your request under section
18(g) of the OIA, as the University does not hold part of the information
requested and we do not believe that information is held by, or is more
closely connected with the functions of, another agency subject to the OIA
(as AUSA is not subject to the OIA). You have the right to make a
complaint to an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with the University's
response.
