This request concerns the discussions , advice and information that MBIE has led or been party to on the ongoing operation of the former RAL ski fields operated by Pure Turoa and Whakapapa Holdings.
Please supply the following information from 1 May 2025 to present .
1) All information and advice and correspondence provided to the government including ministers and related officials that covers the circumstances or operation of the ski facilities formerly owned by RAL.
2) All correspondence engaged in by MBIE that materially informs that information or advice.
