On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I

Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:
‘For OIA requests the department has received covering the RAL
Administration / liquidation since 1-Oct-2022 please supply the
identifier, the request text, decision on response, whether the response

Happy to assist although it's pretty clear I am asking for what decision was made in regards to each OIA. I would expect this to be an easily extracted data point from your register.
With regard to my request for ancillary items it's my experience that it's usual approach to ask for clarification, fortuitously extending the timeframes. These requests largely form the category of ancillary responses. MBIE may be inclined to regard them as administrative.
