Good morning

Following on from your request for information 20 August, I am seeking
clarification.

Can you please clarify whether you are wanting our response to be based on
the list of funds Te Tari Whakatau returns for “question 1”, or whether
you want Treasury to just answer for Tupu Tonu?

Can you please let us know by the end of this week?

Kind regards.

From: Joshua Riley

To clarify, I would like the Treasury's response to cover the source of funds for Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Limited (Tupu Tonu) and for all other similar entities that Te Tari Whakatau identifies in its response to question 1 of my original request.

This is to ensure a complete answer to question 3, which asks for the source of "the total capital identified in question 1".
