Dear New Zealand Police,

I request any video footage or aerial recordings captured by the Eagle helicopter (Police 2, ZK-IPB) on 18 July 2025, during its deployment to Wellsford and subsequent vehicle pursuit southbound along State Highway 16 to the Kaukapakapa area.

Eagle began tracking the vehicle around 15:24 and terminated involvement around 16:11 local time.

If any footage from this period is held, I request it in a digital format, or alternatively, information on how it can be viewed. If no footage exists, I would appreciate confirmation.

I understand that parts of the footage may require redaction for privacy or operational reasons, and I am happy to receive a redacted version if necessary.
