Dear New Zealand Police,

I would like to request a copy of the footage from the Eagle (Police Helicopter) taken during the Pursuit and Firearms incident involving a stolen BMW and carjacked vehicle that took place in the Ellerslie/Penrose area on Thursday 15th July 2021.
I would like to request the footage for the entire duration of the incident, from the time Eagle located the stolen BMW SUV, to the time that Eagle left the scene of the shooting at Great South Road and South Eastern Highway.
