Please provide the following specific information:
- a copy of the terms of reference / scope / brief given to Tonkin & Taylor instructing them to prepare the Sea Level Rise Options Analysis dated 2013;
- a copy of the tender document issued to Tonkin & Taylor, and all other tender parties preceding the above instruction;
- a list of all parties invited to tender;
- a list of all parties who provided a tender;
- the total amount paid to Tonkin & Taylor in consideration for preparing the above report;
- any correspondence with Tonkin & Taylor directing them to study the potential implications of sea level rise from 0.6 m to 3 m;
- any information held by WCC which details the likelihood of a sea level rise in the scale of 0.6m to 3m.
