I would like a copy of attached pre application meeting record minutes
documents please.

I would like a copy of Declaration form-Matuku pdf

These documents were viewed and signed off by Bonnie Collinson (planning
and resource consents dept. Auckland Council.

I have the information on the pdf where it states that there are minutes
and that Rowena Gilchrist and lauren folwell attended the meeting . It
