Dear Auckland Council,

Thankyou for your reply , i have recieved the documents but none of them
state that they dumped all of the landfill into the wetlands . Where is
the consent to dump earth works into a protected wetlands, this is not a
consent for building it is where they dispersed the earth that they dug up
, as far as i am aware it is illegal to dump any land fill or earth works
into a protected ecological significant area ? So can i see the consent
where they were allowed to dump earth works/land fill into a protected
under the nes-f 2020 into fresh water wetlands ?
