Thank you for your information request dated 8 June 2025, regarding Permitted Activity
notification PLUC70024452 and the Certificate of Compliance CER70024867. The specific
details of your request and our response is below.
I am writting to get some urgent information in regards to a permitted activity and
certificate of compliance form.
I require a copy of the PRE APPLICATION MEETING minutes . For certificate of
compliance #CER70024867 received 04/12/2024 .

In response to your request, I consulted with the council’s Resource Consents team to
locate the relevant information.
Please find attached the available documents as requested.
We have been advised that the resource consents team did not have a pre app meeting and
hence does not hold any minutes to provide.
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request you
have the right to seek a review of the decision from the Ombudsman.
