Please provide each payment made to the Wellington Natural Heritage Trust (WNHT) as Grant, Capital or Operational or other Ongoing Expense.

WNHT is a private organisation.
I am aware of some years for which they petitioned and received grants from WCC.
Please provide the full list of occasions, amounts, date, purpose this occurred.

I am also now aware from a WNHT trustee of WCC committing Operational funds to the trust, however do not know what purpose, amounts, or years.
Please provide the full list of occasions, amounts, date, purpose this occurred.

Are there any other payments of any kind that have or are planned to be made to WNHT.
If so, please provide the full list of occasions, amounts, date, purpose this occurred.

Dear BUS: Official Information,

We accept that you have provided some of the information (the reason given
for funding), and notes on the process of accountability - while not
providing notes taken during the accountability assessment.

We have pointed out in in a separate response that
Aerial boneseed control, immediately caught our eye, as for the number of
payments of 7k, compared to number of visits by their private rangers to
their private property. There's a disconnect, such that either
WCC is paying too much per visit, or there is appears to discrepancy.
So we will make a separate request for this evidence over the years.

Finally - but we will do a separate request for this - we will be
investigating further the rationale, and decisions supporting WCC making
year payments of over 30 and 40k to a *private* property - an amount that
is not made available to other private properties and private trusts.
