I am writing to request information under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987.

Please provide a list of all payments made by Tauranga City Council
between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2024 to:
• External consultants
• Professional services firms
• Contractors
• Legal advisors

Please limit the results to individual payments of $10,000 or more. For
each payment, I request the following details (as held by the Council):
• Supplier name
• Description of the service or work provided
• Date of invoice or payment
• Amount paid
• Council department or project the payment relates to (if available)

If this request is likely to require substantial collation, I am happy to
limit the information to the 25 highest-value payments during the period
specified.
