INFORMATION REQUEST On 14 May 2025 you asked for information about all external payments listed below between
the date 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024, please limit the results to individual payments
of $10,000 or more. Here is our response to your questions:
1. Please provide a list of all payments made by Tauranga City Council between 1
January 2023 and 31 December 2024 to:
• External consultants
• Professional services firms
• Contractors
• Legal advisors
We have summarised the payments in the
attached spreadsheet.
2. Please limit the results to individual payments of $10,000 or more. For each
payment, I request the following details (as held by the Council):
• Supplier name
• Description of the service or work provided
• Date of invoice or payment
• Amount paid
• Council department or project the payment relates to (if available)
As this request would require substantial collation, we have limited the information to
supplier and invoice total. Please see
attached spreadsheet (Attachment 2 –
Summary External Payments per Supplier – 01.02.2023-31.12.2024). We note the
total varies to the spreadsheet provided in question 1 above, as this data has been
refined to include payments over $10,000.00, as requested.
Some information has been redacted in order to protect the privacy of natural persons.
This request and the response have been considered under the LGOIMA
