I noted
"Training programme In addition to covering expenses for flights/travel, parking, accommodation and meals, recent practice has been to additionally compensate attendees in light of the significant time commitment required to attend the pre-selection training"
May I request how much exactly you have additionally compensate attendees? Also, is that a per hour figure or per day figure.
