I am specifically looking for all internal meeting notes, emails, communications and any advise provided to Auckland Council in relation to any rock seawall or retaining at Hatfields Beach. For a time period Jan 2023 until now. Including any communications (internal or external) relating to any resource consents for the same.
Please provide or advise if none are held.
