Dear Ministry of Justice,

I am requesting all data and information held by the Ministry relating to the Rangatahi Courts, including:

- Number of people and cases
- The age and number of charges of the individual rangatahi
-The nature/classification of charges dealt with
- Outcomes
- Any data the Ministry holds comparing Rangatahi Court outcomes to Youth Court outcomes
- Criteria for using the Rangatahi Court process and the grounds that rangatahi may be excluded
- Any evaluations commissioned of the Rangatahi Courts.
